Miss Connie Ngachu is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over twelve years of experience as a corporate lawyer. Miss Ngachu is a seasoned legal professional with in-depth knowledge of the transport and energy sectors. Her expertise spans litigation, arbitration, legislative drafting, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance. She has been instrumental in driving policy and legislative reforms within these industries.
With a Bachelor of Laws from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law, her academic pursuits extend to a Master of Laws in Oil and Gas from Strathmore Law School and CPS (K) certification. A member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East Africa Law Society, she is also a Commissioner of Oaths, Notary Public, and Quality Assurance Auditor.
