MCC is providing crucial financial backing for the Integrated Transport Planning Project, one of the pivotal initiatives under the broader Threshold Program.

Strategic Guidance:

MCC is offering NaMATA expert guidance on refining its organizational framework,identifying and addressing staffing requirements, developing effective training programs, and improving its communication and public engagement strategies.

Capacity Building:

MCC is actively assisting NaMATA in strengthening its organizational structure, staffing, and training programs, thus enhancing its ability to conduct comprehensive transportation planning.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

MCC is implementing a robust monitoring and evaluation framework to diligently track progress and accurately measure the tangible impact of the program.

By fortifying NaMATA's capacity, MCC envisions significant improvements in transportation planning within Nairobi,contributing to reduced congestion and a notable enhancement in the overall quality of life for its residents.
